Thank you for supporting small ✨

Wedding Stationery is something that features in the build up to your wedding and also throughout your wedding day. Which is why it can be so helpful to meet up with your stationer designer!

Here at Rodo Creative we think it can be so important to meet with your stationer. Especially if your wedding theme is something unique and you’re struggling for inspiration.

Each week in our studio we hold meetings with new couples, its the chance for our brides and grooms to run though their thoughts and see our extensive range of samples.

Meeting face to face is a great way for you to share your ideas, we can show you past designs which may be something you’d like to base your invite on. It’s also the perfect time to choose your favourite paper stock and colours. It’s amazing how different papers can feel and look in person in comparison to looking online.

Right from the initial Save the Date, we will make sure your theme runs through out your invitations right through to your table plan and menus. Some couples choose to have a themed table plan, but the rest of the stationery be quite elegant and simple, this is not a problem and something we can help with.

Our meetings are informal and friendly and you may even get to meet one of our office pooches.

What should I bring along to a stationery meeting?

The truth is, all you really need to bring is yourselves!

We can help you on your way, even if you’re not 100% sure of what you want.

You can bring along some ideas you like.

It’s helpful if you have a Pinterest board we can view – helping us get a feel for your wedding ideas.

Guest quantities is helpful, this will help us to build a quote for your package.

Number of tables can be helpful for us to build a quote – however this can be confirmed nearer your wedding date.

Having a browse of our website can be helpful, if you have a certain design you’d like us to show you.

But above all it is all about bouncing ideas and coming up with the perfect ideas for you and your wedding – so don’t worry if you are not completely sure. We are here to assist you in this.

How long will my stationery meeting last?

Our meetings usually last between 30 / 45 minutes. After our initial meeting, our conversations will mainly happen over email and we won’t require you to come in again.

When and where do Rodo Creative Stationery Meetings take place?

Our Meetings take place in our Design Studio.

We are very flexible with timings. Our opening hours are 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday. If you could let us know when you’re free we can come back with some meeting times to suit you. We do occasionally offer later appointments if you really are struggling between our working hours.

When is the best time to start looking for your stationer?

We would advise finding your stationer at the very beginning of your wedding planning journey. This way all of your stationery will flow – from the initial save the date to the final thank you card. We would usually suggest sending out your Save the Dates 1 / 1 and a half years before your big day giving people plenty of time to plan!

We must say though, we can begin your stationery at any stage!

Although we say its good to find your stationer early. We are more than happy to come into your journey at any stage. Some of of couples have already completed their invitations and now just need us to help with their table plans and table numbers. This is not a problem, and we will try to carry your colours etc across.
