Terms and Conditions
We advise all customers to carefully read the below Terms & Conditions before placing an order with Rodo Creative. Once an order is placed you have signified your acceptance to be bound by the latest Terms and Conditions.
Rodo Creative reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect once posted on the website, and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website.
All orders placed with Rodo Creative will be subject and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to cancel an order at any stage.
We kindly request that all required text for your wedding stationery order be provided in clear, unformatted text, either via email or within a Word document.
Please be advised that we do not assume responsibility for proofreading or correcting any typographical errors, misspellings, or other inaccuracies in the information you provide to us. We strongly recommend verifying the accuracy of all details before submission.
PDF Proofs are sent via email, unless specifically requested. Great care is taken to ensure all information is accurate, however it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to check layout, wording, spelling and grammar.
If designs are approved and signed off with type errors and subsequently printed Rodo Creative takes no responsibility, and will not be liable for any resulting cost. If replacements are required, they will be charged in full. Therefore, we would always encourage that you check spelling and wording thoroughly, twice!
Please note that the colour that appears on your computer screen will differ from printed colour copies (the difference between colour with light shining through, and pigment on paper), so we would always recommend that you print off the PDF proofs. This will help you ensure the scale is correct, all fonts can be read at the correct size, and that you are happy with the colour.
Quotes and Payment structure:
Designs purchased through the shop on rodocreative.co.uk require 100% payment on ordering. With bespoke work we require a non-refundable 50% deposit upfront with the remaining 50% due before the work is sent to print. All charges will be invoiced. All payments must be paid within 5 days of invoicing via Bank transfer to allow work to take place instantly. Paying by PayPay includes a transaction fee of 4% of your total which will need to be covered by yourself if choosing this payment method.
All costs are quoted in and are to be paid in pound sterling, by bank transfer.
From approval of your final proof, and a full payment, your wedding stationery will be ready for collection or delivery within 7 to 10 working days. If you are working to a tighter time scale we are happy to accommodate, but some schedules may incur a rush fee. Please mention your time scale on your initial enquiry.
Rodo Creative cannot be held responsible for any delay to delivery as a result of late payment.
While we make every effort to adhere to the discussed timeframes, please be aware that all timeframes provided are for estimation purposes and we cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control. These factors may include, but are not limited to, postal strikes or delays, missed deliveries due to absence at the delivery location, and similar issues.
In instances where we specify a deadline for the receipt of necessary details, we cannot assume responsibility for any resulting complications, such as late delivery, if you do not respond within the stipulated timeframe.
Bespoke design work is charged at an additional cost. The cost will vary from project to project depending on the complexity of the brief. You’ll be given an estimate of bespoke fees in your initial quote before any work commences.
In regards to amendments, from the initial design of your bespoke work you will receive one set of major amends and three sets of small amends, within the amount charged. Minor text changes in body copy will generally not count towards these amends. In the unlikely event, you are still not happy with your designs after these amends have been fulfilled, Rodo Creative will discuss this with you but reserves the right to increase the fee if further work is required.
Postage and delivery:
Wedding stationery and bespoke design jobs – All orders will have an additional postage price on top of goods ordered. We send your packages with Royal Mail Special Delivery which is tracked and insured. Delivery charges are dependent on weight and will be added to your final invoice. You will receive a tracking code via email once the package has been sent. Please ensure someone will be home to receive your item or reschedule your delivery to a more convenient time or date using the tracking reference number. Rodo Creative accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
Shop items – All orders will have an additional standard postage charge added to the final total. Packages will be sent through Royal Mail. Please ensure all the details you provide are correct. Rodo Creative accepts no responsibility for items lost in the post or delayed due to postal strikes or circumstances out of our control.
We retain the right to charge for work completed up to the current point. In the case of custom or bespoke projects, any cancellations subsequent to your approval of the proof will incur the full charge and the outstanding balance must be settled promptly. Refunds will be considered and granted at our discretion.
In the rare instance that you believe there is an error in the order resulting from our oversight, please promptly notify us in writing (no later than five working days from the order’s receipt). If necessary, you should return the defective stationery in its original packaging at our request. In the event that we acknowledge our responsibility for the error, we will reimburse you for the postage costs. Refunds are granted based on our judgment.
Rodo Creative exclusively holds copyright for all designs. You, or any third party, cannot copy or reproduce any of the designs sent in the PDF proofs. Any improper use of the stationery and designs will be pursued.
Rodo Creative’s products are intended for your personal use only, and any resale or distribution of our products is prohibited.
All artwork and designs are copyrighted by Rodo Creative. Any designs furnished to you shall remain the exclusive copyright of Rodo Creative, and no artwork shared with you may be reproduced or resold.
Rodo Creative retains the right to utilise the completed project and any preliminary designs for purposes such as design competitions, future design publications, educational objectives, and business promotion. Rodo Creative also reserves the right to showcase all work on our website, across social media platforms, in blogs, printed press, samples and for various promotional uses, including wholesale and retail events. Please rest assured that any personal information you provide will be safeguarded and kept confidential. By accepting these Terms & Conditions you are agreeing to these usage rights. If you have an objection to this please state in an email before payment has been made.
While we strive to fulfill your orders and meet your requirements, we cannot be held responsible for situations beyond our reasonable control. Such situations may include the unavailability of materials, postal disputes, force majeure events, strikes, adverse weather, fire, flooding, and so forth.
